In this podcast episode, Global Airspace Radar Editor Katarzyna Żmudzinska meets Zheng Tao, Co-Founder and President of AirSpace Innovation to talk about  new entrants.

As aviation evolves, the airspace is becoming home to an increasing number of new entrants, from drones and commercial space operations to high-altitude vehicles. While each presents its own operational challenges, are there common lessons that can help shape the future of ATM?

Drawing on experience across UTM, commercial space and other emerging operational environments, Zheng explores what these sectors have in common, and how they are reshaping the roles of ANSPs, regulators and air traffic controllers.

The conversation also examines international approaches to airspace integration and discusses what different regions can learn from each other.
