In today’s episode Kasia Żmudzińska meets two guests from Airways InternationalPhilipp Zeitel, Training Quality Manager and Jonny Cooke, Head of Products. 

A 95% success rate in Air Traffic Control (ATCO) training in New Zealand, was an inspiration for recording this episode. It is a really high number and it raises the question: what is behind such outstanding result?

Jonny and Philipp share their views on how to make the selection process attractive, available and light for a wide pool of potential ATCO candidates, what are the steps of the recruitment process and what makes Airways’ approach to Assessment Centres worth the investment.
