- Audio Enhancement – Automatically generates a clean version of each audio recording to improve the clarity of noisy radio communication.

Reduce investigation time and boost operational efficiency
Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA), one of Jotron’s Air Navigation Service Providers has field-tested Ricochet Investigator tool for several months and now in the process of commissioning the tool and train investigators.
“Ricochet Investigator tool is a great support for QCAA Safety Unit and is reducing the time spent on investigation transcripts which are currently done manually. We are happy with the product results so far and for the support from Jotron. The Ricochet Investigator transcriptions were found to be very quick and accurate,” said Marion Murel from the Safety Unit at Qatar Civil Aviation Authority Air Navigation Department.
