The information and data management system Insero AviInfo will support air traffic control operations across several Danish airports by providing real-time data and easy access to critical aviation information.
The system will be implemented at Copenhagen, Roskilde, and Billund airports, providing air traffic controllers in towers, approach, control centres, as well as other operational users, with easy access to real-time information such as flight plans, meteorological data, maps, AIP procedures, and flight data. The purpose of the system is to consolidate data from multiple sources into a single intuitive user interface, enabling efficient workflows and improved overview for its users.
Delivery of the system follows an EU tender process, which Insero Air Traffic Solutions won based on the ability to meet Naviair’s operational and technical requirements.

The system builds on Insero Air Traffic Solutions’ modern solution architecture, featuring secure web applications and a service-oriented/microservices architecture. It was developed to consolidate and visualise critical aviation and air traffic management data on a single platform.
Prepared for increasing data volumes and compliance requirements
The implementation of Insero AviInfo should be regarded in the context of growing demands for digitalisation, automation, increasing data volumes, and new standards for data exchange – including System Wide Information Management (SWIM)-based interfaces.
As more data becomes available in SWIM formats, the need for systems capable of integrating, validating, and presenting information from multiple sources continues to grow. Insero AviInfo was developed to meet these requirements specifically and is an open system that supports standard industry and file formats.
At Naviair, the system will be used by approximately 100 people across the three airports in tower, approach, and centre roles. Users include air traffic controllers, operational supervisors responsible for capacity planning, data processing specialists, and technical staff responsible for operating and monitoring of the system.
