ANSL announces appointment of Caroline Cauvin as Managing Director

Air Navigation Solutions Limited (ANSL) today announces the appointment of Caroline Cauvin as its new Managing Director with effect from 1st June, 2025.

Caroline has served as Commercial Director of ANSL since 2019, successfully managing ANSL’s customer relationships, securing new business opportunities and overseeing the long-term implementation of ANSL’s contracting, procurement and supply chain network.

With over 25 years of aviation experience, Caroline has held senior procurement positions at AJW Group, and Virgin Atlantic where she developed commercial solutions and managed a $1 billion supply chain to support global operations.

Caroline will succeed current Managing Director, Henry Game, who will be leaving his position to pursue another opportunity within the group of ANSL’s parent company, DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS). He will be joining DFS Aviation Services Middle East where, from 1st July, 2025, he will be managing its contract with Dubai Air Navigation Services. He will remain a Non-Executive Director of ANSL.

ANSL Chairman Thomas Hoffmann said: “We are excited to see Caroline take this new role. Her deep understanding of our business and her strong leadership skills makes her the ideal choice to take ANSL forward.

“Henry has played a pivotal role in shaping ANSL’s position within the industry. We are grateful for his leadership and look forward to his continued contributions as a Non-Executive Director.

Serving as ANSL’s Managing Director since 2017, Henry led ANSL’s transition to become Edinburgh Airport’s air traffic control provider. He steered the company through the commercial and operational challenges of the pandemic, and has led the complex integration of several major air traffic control systems.
